You will need to call the office at 604-800-2290 to book appointments for: ear flushing (removal of earwax), immunizations/injections, pre-op physical forms and routine baby/child check ups, as well as for visits regarding new ICBC claims/MVAs (motor vehicle accidents) with Dr. Kennedy Engbers, Christine Lee and Gina Zheng. Please do NOT use the online booking system for these types of appointments.

Please note:
- Our clinic has a $40.00 late cancellation / no show fee for appointments cancelled less than 24 business hours in advance or if you do not show up for the appointment.
- Online booking is not available to patients who are currently registered to the wait list and awaiting an intake appointment.
- Appointments can be cancelled through our online booking system by clicking “Manage Appointments | Cancel Appointments” or via the e-mail you received if you booked your appointment through the online booking system with a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the appointment.
