You will be sent a unique link for all telemedicine/video call appointments.
To use this service, please follow these steps:
- Make sure you have booked a “Telemedicine” appointment through our online booking system (you can find this under the “BOOK ONLINE” tab) or by contacting the office by phone during regular phone hours to book a telemedicine/video call appointment.
- If you have not yet signed a consent to use electronic communications, please read and fill out all highlighted areas of the electronic consent form and email it to consentforms.pinetree@gmail.com.
- Please log in to the unique link provided at the time of booking your appointment 5 minutes before your appointment. Your physician or nurse practitioner will start the visit as soon as he or she is available.
If you book your appointment through our online booking system you will receive your unique link with your appointment confirmation. If you book your appointment by calling the office, you should receive your unique link within that hour. If you do not receive your unique link within 24 hours of making your booking, please contact our office during regular phone hours. More urgently if your appointment is for the same day.
